Delivering a compelling and accessible user experience is pivotal to developing a successful product. User research is an effective way to both generate insights and validate design choices. In this workshop, learn how project managers can utilize some of the best practices from user research to understand the people who will use their products, refine product designs, and deliver the best experience possible. Join Partners & Directors Tom Satwicz, PhD and Geoff Harrison  to learn techniques for implementing user research at all stages of the product development lifecycle from concept generation through product validation.

Tom Satwicz is a UX Director and Partner at Blink and has been researching interaction and technology use in homes, schools, workplaces, and beyond since the year 2000. Geoff Harrison is a Blink Partner and Head of UX Services. He has been instrumental in building a full-service user-centered design practice at Blink, uniting the firm’s research expertise with innovative design, prototyping, and development.
