I would love to volunteer for this year's event, however, I also want to be part of the product camp training. Do I have have to choose one or the other?

Yes, we would like to get more your experience & recommendation how to establish Product Camp event in our country. As I could see all such events worldwide go with the sames rules/framework. But I could not find them in the net nor in your site.
