Services Seminar on 11/18/10 - You should be there!

I'm excited about how this Services seminar is coming together. Appears to be a very timely topic given the economy and the current strategies companies are using to overcome a short-fall in top-line and bottom-line profits. The hand-outs alone makes this two hours a solid investment. The three panelists will bring some subtle insight that you can't find by reading books. Come get a jump start on understanding how to design services to align with and improve your product strategy
