January 15, 6:30 p.m., January Event - ProdBOK

Only recently has the product management and marketing profession begun to broadly formalize itself. This historical lack of formal definition has perpetuated uncertainty and confusion in regards to the profession, its practitioners and practices, and how it is viewed by others, including key business decision makers.

The Product Management and Marketing Body of Knowledge, or ProdBOK, aims to consolidate the most important framework, processes, principles, tools and vocabulary that support consistent product management effectiveness across all industries, product categories, and stages in a product professional's career.

Join us as we examine how the ProdBOK can benefit the product professional at each stage of their career, and therefore their colleagues, stakeholders and customers.

Who should attend

Product managers and product marketers, those that want to become one, or those that want to understand better the value they can provide.

About the speaker

Trevor Rotzien has worked in software product development, management and strategy over 25 years. Trevor’s journey has a unifying theme: the striving to be better at asking and answering “what?”, “why?”, “how?” and “for whom?” A recovering technophile, he believes that while technology can be challenging, it’s the people part that is truly hard, and that's the part that really matters.

Date & Time: Thursday January 15, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
