About the Speaker
Carolyn Galvin, has nearly 20 years of market research, customer satisfaction, and competitive intelligence experience working for large corporations, research agencies, independent consulting, and government intelligence agencies. She also teaches business and marketing classes part time at the University of Maryland. As Director of Industry Insights at Primary Intelligence, she is responsible for analyzing aggregate data to understand best practices and root cause issues surrounding Win Loss and Customer Experience programs.
