Program Manager at Amdocs
Position Description:

The key role of the Program Manager is to successfully manage the delivery of Amdocs ChangingWorlds personalization and mobile portal projects to customers on time and within budget.
Responsibilities Describe the 5-7 key responsibilities of the position. 1000 characters allowed.
 Delivery of projects on time, within budget and with acceptable quality
 Monitor and control project activities.
 Produce comprehensive project reports and documentation.
 Manage day to day interaction with the team and the customer
 Deliver technical presentations to internal and external clients.
 Pre-sales activities to help the company to meet its revenue targets.
 Work closely with Proiect Office to constantly improve project methodologies
Requirements:
Skills/attributes required to be qualified for the role.
Required skills: 3-5 MUST HAVES. Desired skills: 3-5 NICE TO HAVES (differentiators) 1000 characters allowed.
Required Skills:
 Experience managing software projects, including geographically dispersed, large-scale deployments.
 Strong grasp of software development methodologies, project management, scoping and estimation techniques, and client and account management skills.
 Team management, mentoring and motivational skills.
 Self motivation with high levels of initiative and flexibility.

Desired Skills:
 Good working knowledge of mobile Internet, WAP, XSLT, Internet servers, WAP gateways, networks, protocols and J2EE.
 Fluency in a foreign language (French, Spanish preferred)
 Experience of working with 3rd party System Integration partners.
 Experience managing external vendors and outsourced solutions providers.
Travel will be required.
