Job Description : Are you interested in the continuously evolving digital communication landscape? Do you have experience with mobile, social, web, or email technologies? We are looking for an experienced product manager to support product development efforts for our suite of online marketing capabilities for the enterprise market. As a product manager on our team, you will help manage and execute our product vision, define and prioritize features, capture customer feedback and insight, assess competitive strategy, and coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage product planning and execution from concept to launch. Define product user experience and success criteria for new features and platform improvements. Represent the customer and act as a liaison between business and technology.
2.Balance a combination of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and the ability to manage and drive priorities while working with multiple departments.
3.Actively research competitive offerings and emerging market/technology trends.
4.Create business justification assets such as MRD’s and PRD’s (including agile user stories).
5.Collaborate with sales and marketing to define go-to-market plans, and ongoing success measurement.
6.Work directly with user experience designers and engineers to deliver product offerings that grow the business.
7.Monitor product development project status and ensure key performance metrics are met.
8.Work to ensure short and long term product success including the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.
9.Provide direction, content, and support for product marketing efforts including trade shows, marketing programs, webinars, and sales collateral.
10.Manage the product roadmap and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirement, and resources.

1.Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner, while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
2.Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks against both short and long term objectives.
3.Ability to anticipate and quickly react in a dynamic business environment.
4.Ability and comfort to make timely, best possible decisions to support business objectives utilizing available information.
5.Comprehensive understanding of competitive landscapes and industry themes.
6.Passion for the web, technology, and building world class products.
7.Skill in identifying and resolving problems.

Education, Experience & Certifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent is required.
2.5 to 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
3.Experience building web products for the B2B and/or B2C market.
4.Candidates with relevant experience supporting Business Intelligence offerings, integrated reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data visualization preferred.
5.Experience with web services and third party integrations a plus.
6.Familiarity with email, social, and mobile marketing channel execution.
7.ESP and SaaS experience a bonus.
