Event Description

Price. It’s 1 of the 4 P’s, the one where most companies fail at strategy. To be strategic, companies should develop pricing strategies based on the “value” of the product instead of product cost or closing short term sales.  To be effective, the value-based pricing process needs to be implemented early in the product cycle as it affects product feature implementation, sales channel selection, and marketing communications/promotions.  We’ll go through examples and exercises to see how this all works.
