Pete has always been about helping companies perform better. Over the past 40 years he has led consulting engagements, managed product teams and built sales organizations around the world. He is now focused on impacting performance improvement through greater awareness of organizational and strategic alignment.
Prior to founding AlignComm, Pete held senior management positions at major corporations in the US and Japan. His leadership experience extends to products and services, change management, marketing, organizational development, sales and financial operations. He has built global teams and responsible for significant organizational changes that drove market growth and managed multi-million dollar partnerships between global enterprises. He has spoken at numerous national and international conferences and led workshops and seminars in over twenty countries.
